There's an interesting thread at Casinomeister (http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/online-casinos/28653-central-databases.html) from a player who opened an account at one of the Palace Group casinos and it was locked immediately after she deposited. No explanation was given initially, but after contacting them a few times they said she had been flagged on a central database as an account that had a potential security issue.

She dug a bit further and she had previously asked for an account at 32Red to be closed because she felt she had had no luck. Palace Group said that because she had asked for her account to be closed, they had done so:

Hi there Alexandra,

Thank you for contacting The Palace Group.

As mentioned to you before, we have not added you to any list. We merely closed your casino account as requested.

Should you require any further assistance, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience.

The poster says that she has only played at one other MG casino - 32Red - and she hadn't asked Palace Group to close her account. So either some info is being shared or there is a mistake here.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I have been told that if a player writes a bad check or does too many charge backs the MG shares that with each other so this does not surprise me.
