View Full Version : Rome Casino - Once A Week Cashouts!

I was just writing up a review for Rome when I discovered that they only process cashouts once a week!! Now as a player, that's a show-stopper for me, but how are other affiliates finding retention?
I can't help but feel if I was a Rome player, then stumbled on iNetbet or Club USA who payout daily, why would I ever want to go back? Strikes me this is bad news for me as an affiliate surely?
Any experiences?
Cheers

Rome Casino has converted and retained poorly for me. Also, my commission rate is being calculated at 1%, which isn't a huge deal since the true earnings can be calculated manually, but still. Josh said that this would be fixed months ago, and it still isn't done. This is an extremely easy thing to fix (I could do it in 5 seconds if I had access to the source code), and I don't really understand why a little thing like this still hasn't been taken care of.
Also, I sent both Josh and John Valley (from 7 Spins) some questions about the slot pay tables a few weeks ago, and neither one has provided answers to my questions. Some of the slots have a maximum payout of "Jackpot," but these slots appear not to be connected to any of the progressive jackpots. If I play those games, I have no idea how much I'll win if I win the top prize. Things like this scream "scam" and "rogue software" to me.
These issues need to be sorted out (and the conversion and retention need to be improved drastically) before I'll put any Top Game casinos in my top spots again.
Hope that helps you, Simmo! :)

Thanks Engineer :thankyou:
Actually I see this topic is being hotly debated by players at Casinomeister at the moment too. Maybe that will encourage the casino to rethink this stance.

I think there is major shaving going on here and I don't trust them in the least we have removed all banners and stopped promoting them. We ran a few test deposits and found that we were not being credited for the players deposits and were being shaved 3 out of the 5 deposits made.

I thought they seemed slightly dodgy from the start, which is why I held back from promoting them.
Not a loaded question or anything, but to anyone who did/does promote them; what prompted you to 'take a risk' taking an 'unknown entity' on board?

I gave them a shot after a couple players told me they thought the software was promising and the casino seemed very interested in comments for improvement.
So I went and played the free mode and was less impressed and made some suggestions and was told it was going to be worked on.
So I gave them a trial run.
So far, whether intentional or not, they seem to shave something awful.
As far as I am concerned, their days are numbered. I am just waiting for some more test results...

1. I worked with Josh (Rome Casino) several times in the past. I've known him since I got started in this industry a few years ago.
2. The casino accepted all U.S. players.

I had the same reasons as Engineer did
