Poker Heaven’s terms have been updated to protect them in regards to late payment issues. Truly this is more of a clarification than protection, but it is now stated clearly that they may be late with payments due to processor issues at times.

“Force Majeure” means any event outside the reasonable control of a party affecting its ability to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any delay in Heaven Affiliates receiving payment from its relevant payment processing supplier of net poker revenue, casino net gaming revenue or bingo net gaming revenue.

Summary:This revenue sharing change is now in place for both Cherry Red and Slots Oasis casinos. It is a good change and ensures that affiliates will continue to make money on their players even if they were unable to convert a player in a given month. Way to go C-Planet.
