IGamingNews has learned that the Kentucky Court of Appeals, in a decision filed Tuesday, has prohibited the Franklin County Circuit Court from enforcing its order to seize 141 domain names of Internet gambling operators.
Oh no..does this mean we have to change all our aff links back again?

Well I never expected that!
Who would have thought that one tiny insignificant state of America can not restrict the freedom of the rest of the planet...!
It's anarchy I tell you, anarchy!!

I really hope all the operators are sending out letters to MG asking for the gates to be open again!

I wouldn't count on it. The decision they took may have been prompted by the Kentucky issue, but definitely not solely based on this issue.
I would, however, like to be wrong in this instance :D

How good would that be! But I suspect it won't happen. There's also the chance of an appeal, and I noted the decision was a 2-1 majority decision, not unanimous. Part of the argument handed down by one of the judges was that IP addresses do not constitute a "device" or "machine", but also saying that Kentucky's own laws had stopped short of drawing this conclusion, hence the decision was easier. What's to say they couldn't just re-draft the laws and try again?
