Hello from CWC Affiliates

Hi all,

I just wanted to pop in and say hi and hopefully contribute my couple of pence.

I am the affiliate manager for CWCAffiliates.com and I hope to discuss potential business going forward and also help with anything I can in terms of questions and issues etc.

3 months ago I would have said 100% yes, but recently I have seen a large number of very worrying trends which not only make me nervous, but annoyed to some extent;

1. Sent an e-mail to Nicole - no answer. (Is she even still with them?)


2. When you go to their UK or Euro affy site the latest news item is Oct-2007... WTF???

3. When you try to link to ClubUKcasino.com or ClubEuroCasino.com it automatically redirects to ClubWorldCasinos.com where everything is in $US. Excuse the language, but what fricking use is that to a player who wants to sign-up & play in £UK or Euros???


4. Talking of language, you would think Club Euro might just be aimed at European players...? So why are there NO foreign language banners available on the Club Euro affy site???


5. Loads of loyal players posted on CM how they did not get so much as a 'Merry Christmas' from Club World...! I e-mailed Nicole about this too, with a link to the thread - no reply & no CWC comment made in the thread... ?


I find this all extremely concerning (especially as CWC are one of my best sources of income) and I can't help wondering if there is some trouble in the CWC camp...

Anyone know anything?

Well you must have special privileges! :p
They do seem to have updated the page since Jan, but there's nothing to click to change currency on my screen...
Bizarrely there is a box lower left offering a £100 bonus on a £100 deposit, but when I click that link it goes to a page where everything is in $US again...!

To me, their websites are just a mess for UK/EU, and MUST be costing them loss of customers.

I have to admit they do need to upgrade those websites why not merge them into 1 site I don't understand? Ugg and the negative roll over really bites :( But other then that I love these guys :) They are awesome to work with and if you have any issues Martyn is quick to respond he is one of the best AM I have ever dealt with over the years.

umm so Martyn I get a spa day for that right;)
