Player's issue:
requested wire transfer 6th Feb.
around 20th Feb no transfer received, inquired.
told that "it should have gone through".
24th Feb they say a trace is in progress and then ..
nothing! emails go unanswered.
We submitted the issue to them, were told it would be handled by the "Cashiers Dept" and .. you guessed it, nothing.
Warning: Bugsy's is not following through on payments and wire transfers. Requests for assistance and Customer Service go unanswered. We suggest players avoid Bugsy's until this situation has been cleaned up.
