Hi!<br />
Before posting the whole story, I'd like you intake on one simple question.<br />
A Rival casino decided to confiscate the winnings of one player of ours.<br />
The reason for it was, that his language on the live chat was abusive after the player contacted them after waiting a few days for his winnings.<br />
The winnings were 1000 euros.<br />
Sounds kinda ridiculous- but I'd like to hear your opinions.<br />

Supreme Play is not an serious casino because:<br />
<br />
1) this casino don't replay to the my emails send to the support and to the financial team, especially about questions on delays in approving my personal documents, in my payment and in the replies to my emails;<br />
<br />
2) this casino still have not deleted the button of the &quot;reversible withdrawal&quot; in my cashier,  which in most casinos is done after 24 hours from the withdrawal request (to day is the third day).<br />
<br />
For all this, I will not continue playing at this casino and i will continue to not deposit money into my account until I verify the times of payment and of the replies to the my emails.<br />

i am wondering if someone is able to help me out by any chance.<br />

I had won a satellite through <u>Bet365</u> to play at the <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.itpleague.com" target="_blank">ITPL tournament</a> hosted in Las Vegas by <u>Montel Williams</u> on January 31, 2010.<br />
<br />
I came in second at the tournament winning a prize package worth $13,000 for a seat at the WSOP. Through email discussions with Brian Goodman, we came to an agreement where he agreed to pay me the prize package in cash value through a poker account on nuts poker.<br />
<br />
I have since only received $2,000 out of my $13,000 owed to me.<br />
<br />
I have attempted to get in touch with Brian Goodman on multiple occassions to no avail. Being ignored every time. And Bet365 has simply told me that they can not help me anymore. They were only responsible for the satellite prize package and can do nothing more for me. It's also funny how Bet365 constantly urges that the only contact info that they have on file for ITPL is <u>Brian Goodman's email</u> and nothing else.<br />

I would really appreciate it if somebody on here could suggest what my next would be. There is $11,000 USD still owed to me by ITPL / Nuts Poker.<br />

I have been a loyal regular depositing player at several Fortune Lounge Casinos since 2004. Mainly I played at 7Sultans and Vegas Palms. <br />

Last week, they closed and locked every of my casino accounts without notifying me.<br />
Also, my Europalace Casino account has been closed and locked. I did not even know they are connected with Fortune Lounge. <br />
<br />
I contacted the customer service immediately and they are not willing to provide any details about the closure to me.  They just told me that certain discrepancies have been located on my account.<br />
<br />
I have no idea what is going on there, I have no multiple accounts, charge backs, bonus issues or anything else fraudulent there. I am just a player who deposited and played at their casinos for six long years. One thought – I have been ahead at fortune lounge casinos most of the time, suddenly since 2010 my luck changed and I was not able to win or cash out anymore. I guess they just waited until I have deposited enough back and than kicked my butt.<br />

So I ask you: Is that the kind of treatment you expect from a so called legit and honest online casino after many years of loyal play???<br />
<br />
Please be warned, that no matter how honest you play, they are able close your account without any reason. Maybe it is no good idea, to let any funds remaining in your accounts after a session, you never know if you will be able to access to your funds next morning.<br />
