Hi!

Here's the story:

I made a withdrawal request on 20th of March. After not receiving any information regarding this, I sent them an email on 12th of April asking about my withdrawal.

I got an answer 3 days later form Walter K., a withdrawal manager, asking for ID documents. Which I sent them almost instantly.
I then received a reply from Walter stating that the withdrawal was approved on the 16th and I would receive my money in the next 18 working days.

And I haven't heard from them since. It's been almost 2 months after my initial withdrawal request, and a month after the payment was finally approved (supposedly).

I keep getting ignored, I have sent them many emails, I have talked to a rep trough the chat and they always promise to email Walter and the financial department, but nothing seems to be happening.

And this is only 150$. This is a lot of money for me, and also I don't like getting scammed. :)
