Skybet have made clarification changes to the Domain restriction.
TERMS UPDATE, MARKETING, DOMAIN RESTRICTIONS
2.4.2 Domain Restrictions
* Affiliates are not permitted to direct link to the official Sky domains within their paid search activity. This includes both display URLs and destination URLs within ad copy.
* Affiliates are not permitted to use domains containing our brand name (including misspells and
variations ) within paid search activityvariations). Example:
www.skyPokeroffers.co.uk ,
www.topskypokerdeals.com,
www.skybingodiscounts.org etc.
* Affiliates are not permitted to use our brand name (including misspells and variations) within the sub folders of their domains for paid search activity. Example:
www.affiliatesite.co.uk/skybingo,
www.affiliatesite.com/skyPokeroffers,
www.affiliatesite.org/sykpoker etc.
* Affiliates are not permitted to use our brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain of their own domains for paid search activity. Example:
www.skyPoker.affiliatesite.com,
www.affiliatesite.skyPoker.co.uk,
www.skypoker.affuiliatesite.tv etc.
Summary:This change is for clarification, but if you are an affiliate registering domains with their brand in it – be prepared that you will not be able to use them to promote their products.
